Be prepared to provide your full name, student ID (900#), and contact information as well as the proper categorization of your IT issue.
Student Help Desk Hours of Operation:
- Monday – Thursday: 8:00 a.m. – 4:30 p.m.
- Friday: 8:00 a.m. – 12:00 p.m.
Live Student Help Desk Assistant Hours of Operation:
- Monday and Wednesday: 9:00 a.m. – 3:00 p.m.
- Tuesday and Thursday: 12:00 p.m. – 7:00 p.m.
Technology Answers Hours of Operation:
- Monday and Wednesday: 4:00 p.m. – 7:00 p.m.
- Tuesday – Thursday: 8:00 a.m. – 10:00 a.m.
- Friday: 9:00 a.m. – 1:00 p.m.
Note: All correspondence after normal business hours will be answered the next business day.
