The Office of Career Development at Chattahoochee Technical College maximizes employment and internship opportunities for its students and alumni by offering a range of services to facilitate recruitment of  prospective candidates, including, not limited to, job/internship postings, on-campus recruiting, career fairs, and information sessions. Career Services requires that any recruiting organization or individual utilizing these services must agree to the Employer Terms and Conditions and must abide by all applicable federal, state, and local employment laws, including Equal Employment Opportunity laws, Chattahoochee Technical College rules and regulations, and the National Association of Colleges and Employers (NACE) Principles for Employment Professionals.

Posting Employment and Internship Opportunities

SwoopLink Career Services Connection hosts all job postings (full-time, part-time, experiential learning, etc.) which are viewed by current CTC students and alumni.

Posting a position is free of charge, however, all employers must abide by the Employer Terms and Conditions.

On-Campus Recruitment/Interviews

One of the most effective methods for recruiting students and alumni is to develop and maintain a visible presence on campus. Our goal is to facilitate an efficient and well-managed recruiting process that provides a rewarding experience to all our constituents. Participation in on-campus recruitment is a privilege, and comes with certain ethical expectations and responsibilities listed below and in accordance with the Principles of Professional Conduct for Career Services Professionals outlined by the National Association of Colleges and Employers (NACE).

G.L.O.W. Experiential Learning Program

G.L.O.W. (Growing. Learning. Observing. Working.) is an experiential learning program that helps students connect what they are learning in the classroom with hands-on experience in the workplace. Students are able to complete an academic-credit-bearing or non-academic-credit-bearing internship. Internships are a vital component for career development.
