If you receive a scholarship from an external source, please ensure the check is sent to the Student Accounts Office. The vendor (i.e., your employer, Foundation, civic club) can mail the check to us.

With the check, please include your student ID number (900xxxxxx) and any specific instructions from the provider noting how the funds are to be used.
If you (the student) have the check, you may drop it off in person at any campus cashier window or send via mail (address above).
Once the check has been received by the Student Accounts Office, you can see those funds in your BannerWeb account. You will also receive a receipt from Student Accounts once the funds have been received in our office.
