The following documents are due by June 1, 2023:

• Apply for the German Exchange Program – submit application
• Submit a 4-6 paragraph essay describing why you want to participate in this international experience
• A valid U.S. passport that doesn’t expire within six months of the trip
• Two letters of recommendation (two Chatt Tech instructors or one instructor and one staff member)

Other requirements:

• Minimum 2.5 GPA at Chattahoochee Tech with no disciplinary actions on record
• Enrolled in an AAS degree for Supply Chain Management, Business Management, Marketing Management, Accounting, or Business Technology
• Enrolled in the Diploma program for Automotive Technology or
  Precision Machining and Manufacturing
• Anticipated graduation date Spring 2024 or later
• Sign a Behavioral Agreement and Travel Agreement
• Attend two mandatory Pre-Travel sessions (dates TBD) once the
  application and paperwork are approved
• Must be at least 18 years of age
• Pay $250 fee (only required fee)
