The Chattahoochee Tech Foundation raised a record-breaking total of $100,253 at its annual Dueling Pianos fundraiser, supporting scholarships and emergency aid for students facing financial hardship.
The sold-out event, held Oct. 16 at the college’s North Metro Campus, filled the room with community and business leaders from across the region. Guests enjoyed a high-energy, all-request performance by the Andrews Brothers Dueling Pianos, whose interactive performance kept the crowd singing and dancing throughout the evening. John Loud, president of LOUD Security Systems, served as emcee for the lively fundraiser.
“I couldn’t be more thrilled with this year’s proceeds,” said Jennifer Nelson, Chattahoochee Tech Vice President of Advancement. “The Foundation’s Board really stepped up, adding new activities and more silent auction items to the event. This means more funding to help students achieve their goals.”
Proceeds generated from the Dueling Pianos fundraiser will provide vital support for student scholarships, emergency grants, and textbook assistance. These funds help students stay in school to complete their education, and graduate ready to meet the needs of local employers in a wide range of career fields. Contributions came through corporate sponsorships, ticket sales, a silent auction and audience tips collected throughout the evening. Sponsorships ranged from $5,000 premier and $3,500 platinum levels, to $2,500 gold and $1,500 silver levels. All of the 2025 sponsors are listed below.
