The popular Dueling Pianos event returns to Chattahoochee Technical College on Thursday, Oct. 16, promising an unforgettable evening of music, great dining and giving back.
Hosted by the Chattahoochee Tech Foundation, this high-energy event will take place at 6 p.m. at the college’s North Metro Campus in Acworth. Tickets are $100 per person and include a plated dinner by 1885 Grill, drinks, live entertainment, a wine pull raffle and a silent auction. Corporate sponsorships are also available.
John Loud, president of Loud Security, returns as emcee, joined once again by the dynamic Andrews Brothers Dueling Pianos. Known for their high-energy performances and wide-ranging song list, this crowd-favorite act blends musical talent with interactive entertainment that gets the audience singing, dancing, and laughing. From pop and hip-hop to rock & roll, they will play it all, and take requests throughout the evening.
Proceeds from the event will benefit the Chattahoochee Tech Foundation, a 501(c)(3) nonprofit that helps make higher education more affordable and accessible for local students. Last year’s fundraiser brought in more than $80,000 to support Chattahoochee Tech students through scholarships, emergency aid and program initiatives. College officials say this year’s fundraiser comes at a critical time as student enrollment is on the rise.
“We’re excited to see an increase in enrollment for the fall semester,” said Jennifer Nelson, Vice President of Advancement. “With that said, we also expect more students will need access to scholarships and other educational resources. Dueling Pianos is our only fundraising event that directly provides the dollars needed to help keep students in class, which ultimately helps meet our community’s workforce needs.”
Organizers encourage supporters to secure tickets or sponsorships as soon as possible, as demand is already high. To purchase tickets, become a sponsor or learn more, visit:
