The Chattahoochee Tech Nursing program has been named the 2023 top RN program in Georgia by RegisteredNursing.org. The top 20 nursing schools in Georgia were ranked based on an analysis of current and historical NCLEX-RN pass rates, meaning the percentage of graduates who pass the exam, out of the 52 RN programs in the state. The programs that were reviewed included schools that offer an Associate degree in Nursing (ADN/ASN), BSN or direct-entry MSN degree.

- Southern Crescent Technical College – 94.45
- College of Coastal Georgia – 93.30
- Georgia Southwestern State University – 93.07
- Georgia Gwinnett College – 92.68
- South Georgia State College – 92.65
- Emory University – 94.42
- Athens Technical College – 92.22
- North Georgia Technical College – 91.89
- Oconee Fall Line Technical College – 91.83
- Piedmont College – 91.74
- LaGrange College – 90.72
- Wiregrass Georgia Technical College – 90.20
