Student Accounts Office
The Student Accounts Office at Chattahoochee Technical College is responsible for the receipt, collection, and deposit of tuition and fees while handling the accurate disbursement of funds in a timely manner. We facilitate the processing of third-party payments as well as internal and external scholarships. This office is also responsible for processing student bills and student refunds.

When to Pay

BankMobile Disbursements, a technology solution powered by BMTX, Inc., is our third-party disbursement vendor. A few weeks after you register for classes, you will be sent a unique Personal Code from BankMobile via mail and email. You will use this code to make your refund choice.
