Students may submit a Program Change Request Form (below) to update their major for the upcoming term(s). 

It is recommended that students meet with an Advisor and Financial Aid before submitting a Program Change Request Form.  Changing a program may result in the tuition/fee balance or financial aid award amount changing. 

Program change periods:

• Summer 2026 semester: February 2 - May 28 (noon)
• Fall 2026 semester: February 2 - August 21 (noon)
• Fall 2026 C term:  August 31 - October 7 (noon)

Please allow 1 business day processing time for each submission.  Students should receive an email when their program change form has been processed.  Any course not in their new major will be removed.
