Vehicle Parking at Chattahoochee Technical College

Students must be currently enrolled to receive a student ID or parking pass.
Please bring your 900 number (student ID number) when requesting services.
Where to Get IDs & Parking Passes
Student IDs and parking passes are available at the Campus Police Department at the following locations:
- Appalachian – Building B, Room 204 (diagonal from Student Center)
- Canton – First Floor, Room 103 (next to Student Center)
- Marietta – Building C, Room 1105 (next to Bookstore)
- Mountain View – First Floor, Room 137(A)
- North Metro – Back of Building D (brown double doors marked “Campus Police”)
- Paulding – Building A, First Floor, Room 135 (hallway across from Student Center)
Note: The Woodstock Campus issues parking passes only; student IDs are not available at this location.

Hours of Service
Preferred hours for obtaining student IDs and parking passes are:
- Monday–Thursday: 8:00 a.m.–4:00 p.m.
- Friday: 8:00 a.m.–2:00 p.m.
IDs and passes may also be issued any time Campus Police are on duty.
The Marietta and North Metro campuses are open on Saturdays.
Please call ahead to confirm officer availability.
If the Office Door Is Locked
Campus Police are on duty whenever a campus is open, but officers may be away from
the office.
If you arrive and the door is locked, call Police Dispatch at 770‑528‑4911, and an officer will meet you. You can also call to confirm campus operating status.
Parking Pass Requirements
To obtain a parking pass, please bring:
- License plate number
- Driver’s license
- Basic vehicle information (make, model, type, and color)
Parking passes are valid at all campuses.
There is no additional cost for student IDs or parking passes; fees are included in tuition.
Parking Guidelines
Improper or Illegal Parking
Effective December 1, 2019, Chattahoochee Tech will tow improperly or illegally parked vehicles at the owner’s expense.
Violations include:
- Parking in marked fire lanes
- Parking in disabled spaces without a valid plate or placard
- Parking in loading zones
- Occupying more than one parking space
- Parking in areas not designated as college parking
Towing Fees:
- $175 initial fee
- $25 per day until the vehicle is recovered
