Drop, Add, and Withdraw
The Drop/Add period varies by semester:
- Fall and Spring: First full week of the semester, ending Saturday at noon
- Summer: First three days of the semester, ending Wednesday at midnight
DE students must have written permission from their high school counselor or home school administrator to add or drop a course. Permission can be emailed to Dual.Enroll@ChattahoocheeTech.edu.
After the Drop/Add period, students who wish to withdraw from a course must do so through the me@ChattTech Student Portal. Counselor permission is also required for withdrawals. Note that some high schools and school districts do not permit withdrawals — check with your high school counselor before withdrawing.
Concerns and Complaints
If you have a concern or complaint, the college has a formal process for submitting and resolving issues.
