Chattahoochee Tech Foundation Announces Nashville Noel Holiday Songwriter Dinner to Support Student Success
The Chattahoochee Tech Foundation is proud to announce Nashville Noel, a festive holiday songwriter dinner taking place Thursday, December 3, 2026, at the Chattahoochee Technical College Appalachian Campus in Jasper, Georgia. This warm, close‑to‑home celebration will bring together community members, local partners, and supporters for an evening of music, storytelling, and meaningful impact.
Designed as a community‑centered holiday gathering, Nashville Noel features a catered dinner followed by an intimate songwriter round with Nashville artists Jacob Bryant, Eric Lee Beddingfield, and Joel Shewmake. Guests will enjoy original songs, personal stories, and familiar Christmas favorites in a relaxed, welcoming setting that reflects the spirit of the season.
Nashville Noel offers a unique opportunity for neighbors to come together and celebrate the start of the holiday season. The evening begins with dinner, giving guests time to connect before the artists take the stage for a songwriter round that blends hometown roots, gospel influence, and Nashville storytelling. The performers will share the stories behind their songs—how they were written, what inspired them, and how life experiences shaped their music.
Three Artists, Three Distinct Stories
Born and raised in Jasper, Bryant began playing guitar at eight years old and grew up performing in local churches and bluegrass circles. His career has since taken him to the Grand Ole Opry and into the writers’ room with Luke Combs for the RIAA‑certified hit “Out There.” His music reflects themes of faith, loss, and redemption—stories shaped by experiences familiar to many in North Georgia.
Beddingfield, known for “The Gospel According to Jones” with George Jones, earned MusicRow’s Independent Artist of the Year before stepping away from touring to focus on family. He recently returned with a new album, Resurrection, produced by Grammy‑nominated Kent Wells, adding depth and heart to the evening’s lineup.
A respected Nashville songwriter, Shewmake’s work has been recorded by Brad Paisley, Trace Adkins, Cody Johnson, Montgomery Gentry, and others. His presence brings an inside look at the craft of songwriting and how familiar country songs come to life.
An Evening That Gives Back
Proceeds from Nashville Noel directly support the Chattahoochee Tech Foundation, which provides scholarships, Emergency Grants, textbooks, program supplies, and transportation assistance for students—including many from Pickens County. These resources help students stay enrolled and complete their programs, often making the difference during times of financial hardship.
The Foundation’s fundraising events, including Nashville Noel, play a critical role in helping students overcome financial barriers and enter the workforce prepared for success.
