Current student at Chatt Tech and planning to transfer to KSU?

Step 1: Updating your program of study

  • Current students interested in participating in the LINK- Chatt Tech to KSU Bridge will need to update their program of study to one of the following:
    • Interdisciplinary Studies Associate Degree: LINK- Chatt Tech to KSU Bridge (Pell Grant, HOPE Scholarship recipients or self-pay students)
    • Technical Specialist Certificate: LINK- Chatt Tech to KSU Bridge (HOPE Grant recipients or self-pay students)

Step 2: Once the LINK – Change of Program form is submitted:

Work with one of these Chatt Tech academic advisors and connect with the KSU transfer evaluation counselor to ensure on right track with courses.

Step 3: Once you have completed 30 credit hours of General Education courses (10 classes) at Chatt Tech, continue your journey to KSU:

  1. Review KSU’s LINK page and the Transfer Requirements page both found on KSU’s website.
  2. Apply using the KSU Application – GA Futures Link  .  Students must add Chattahoochee Tech under their colleges attended section to indicate you a participant of the LINK- Chatt Tech to KSU Bridge program and have your application fee waived.
  3. After submitting KSU’s application, students must request their official transcript using the LINK – Chatt Tech to KSU Official Transcript Request Form. Using this link will have transcripts sent free of charge.
    • Students are responsible for sending both in-progress and final transcripts (showing final grades) to KSU.
    • Students who choose to have their transcript sent through Parchment and pay the $10 fee will not be able to request a refund.
  4. Follow steps from KSU for acceptance and registration. Students must meet all KSU requirements for admissions to be accepted.
