Academic Success Lead Availability

Students, faculty, and staff may contact the Academic Success Leads during their hours of availability using any of the methods listed below. Please note that Center Leads’ hours of availability should not be confused with the Academic Success Centers’ hours of operation. The Centers’ official hours of operation can be found on the on-campus schedules webpage by selecting your campus location. Walk-ins are always welcome and encouraged.

  • Send an email to Success.Centers@ChattahoocheeTech.edu.
  • Access Success Center Answers to text, chat live, or submit a question.
  • Reach out directly to an Academic Success Lead via their phone or email.
  • Please be sure to leave a detailed voicemail and/or email to ensure a callback and/or response as soon as possible.
  • Stop by a local Success Center and visit an Academic Success Lead in person.

Academic Success Leads are available to assist current students with general questions, with connecting to academic advisors, with working with a tutor either on campus or online, with logging on to college computers, with navigating the Microsoft Teams platform, with navigating Blackboard, and with contacting the student helpdesk assistant if needed through Technology Answers.
