Paying for College

Info Page Header Graphic

Tuition and fees are set annually by the Technical College System of Georgia. The College publishes this information as soon as it is made available. We have three tuition classifications, in-state, out-of-state and international. The classifications are based on a student’s residency or that of their parent if they are a dependent. Tuition is charged per credit hour the student is registered for and then mandatory fees are added. There may be additional fees for specific classes and majors. Secondary students (Dual Enrollment and Dual Achievement) should contact those departments for specifics.

Each semester has three payment deadlines. Students who register first, pay first. A student with any unpaid balance at a payment deadline is subject to that deadline. All tuition and fees must be paid in full before the posted deadlines.

The College realizes that paying for college can be a challenge for many families. We have worked hard to offer several ways to pay including state and federal grants, a payment plan and other scholarships and private loan options.
