Chattahoochee Technical College Honors Scholarship Recipients at Annual Reception

Chattahoochee Technical College celebrated the achievements of its 2026 scholarship recipients during a special Scholarship Awards Reception held Wednesday, April 17, at the college’s North Metro Campus. The event brought together students, donors, scholarship sponsors, members of the Chattahoochee Tech Foundation Board of Trustees, and college leadership for a morning recognizing academic promise, perseverance, and community partnership.

This year, the Chattahoochee Tech Foundation awarded $129,000 in scholarships to 106 students, providing critical financial support that helps students remain on track toward completing their education and entering the workforce.

“Our donors make a profound impact on the lives of our students,” said Jennifer Nelson, Vice President of Advancement at Chattahoochee Tech and Executive Director of the Chattahoochee Tech Foundation. “Their generosity removes barriers and opens doors, allowing students to stay focused on their goals and move confidently toward graduation.”

Scholarship recipients were selected based on academic achievement, financial need, program of study, and scholarship‑specific criteria. Awards ranged from memorial and endowed scholarships to industry‑sponsored and community‑funded opportunities.

The Chattahoochee Tech Foundation is a 501 (c)(3) nonprofit organization that provides financial support to Chattahoochee Technical College, its students and its programs.
