Student Help Desk

If you are a CTC student and you need assistance with issues relating to email, please contact the Student Help Desk.

  1. The primary means of requesting support is to email the Student Help Desk at HelpDesk@students.chattahoocheetech.edu.
    -Please provide your full name and student ID (900#).
  2. Or, you may call us at 770-528-4444.  (Note: If a person does not answer, you may be required to leave a voice message.)
    -Please provide your full name and student ID (900#).
    -Please leave a detailed message describing your issue.
    -Please provide a means to contact you via phone or personal email.
    NOTE: Email takes priority over phone calls.
  3. How to Enroll with CTCLogin

Student Help Desk Hours of Operation:

  • Monday-Thursday:  8:00 a.m.-4:30 p.m.
  • Friday: 8:00 a.m.-12:00 p.m. (noon)

NOTE: All correspondence after normal business hours will be answered the next business day.

You must register first by following the instructions on the link above. On the Verification Code tab, add a personal email address in the box under your CTC student email, to register your account. It is required to do both options and list a personal email address for future retrieval.

BLACKBOARD Technical Support

  • Link to BLACKBOARD.
  • Complete a “Help Desk Request Form” in the “Help and Resources” block to get assistance from BLACKBOARD administrators.

NOTE:  At this time, CTC’s Technology Support department cannot provide personal computer or software application support.
