Through the generous donations of individuals, organizations, and businesses, the Chattahoochee Tech Foundation offers a number of scholarships each year to assist students with tuition and fees. Scholarship winners are selected and notified after committee review. Scholarship awards are issued for Fall Semester. Recipients are invited to attend the awards reception in August.
NOTE: The 2014 scholarship acceptance period is now CLOSED. You may apply for Fall 2015 funds beginning in February 2015. For those who have completed the 2014 scholarship application, please note that we will begin notifying students on July 11 if they have been awarded funds or not (and continue our notifications through the following week). Currently, the Foundation only awards scholarships for the Fall semester each year.

PLEASE NOTE: AFTER COMPLETING SCHOLARSHIP APPLICATIONS, REFERENCE, OR NOMINATION FORMS, PLEASE SAVE YOUR COMPLETED COPY OF THE PDF TO YOUR COMPUTER. THEN, ATTACH THE SAVED FILE TO YOUR EMAIL AND SEND TO Foundation@ChattahoocheeTech.edu.
All scholarship applications must be returned to the Foundation Office, and include a two page, typed, double-spaced essay describing:
1. Who you are,
2. Why you need this scholarship (describe external circumstances or expenses such as childcare, medical challenges, family hardships, etc.),
3. Why you are deserving of this scholarship,
4. What it will mean to you,
5. What your educational and life goals are,
6. Demonstration of financial need.

Applications will be reviewed to confirm all requirements of each scholarship are met. All personal contact information must be kept up-to-date in the event that the Foundation office should need to contact the student with questions regarding the application. Please immediately notify the Foundation office regarding any changes to contact information. Please note that some scholarships require nominations by a faculty or staff member before the student may apply. It is the responsibility of the nominating faculty or staff member to notify the student. The student must then complete the process by submitting the remaining documentation required (i.e., application, essay, etc.). Nominations submitted by staff must demonstrate an extensive working relationship between the student and staff member. All scholarships requiring nominations are outlined in the descriptions below.
