Payment Deadlines and Refund Information
The Bursar’s Office at Chattahoochee Technical College is responsible for the accurate collection of student tuition and fees and the timely disbursement of student refunds.
Payment Deadlines – Summer Semester 2016:
- Friday, April 29: 1st Payment Deadline – 12:00 noon
- Thursday, June 2: 2nd Payment Deadline – 12:00 noon
- Thursday, June 9: Final Payment Deadline – 12:00 noon
- The Drop/Add period (100% refund) is the first three days of the semester, June 6-8.
- Students with unpaid balances at any of the deadlines will have their schedules for the semester purged/deleted.

If you need to replace your lost CTC OneCard, complete the CTC OneCard Replacement Request Form.
June 3 – First day financial aid is available to use in the campus bookstores and online.
June 16 – Last day financial aid is available to use in the campus bookstores and online.
NOTE: Provide student ID number (900xxxxxx) to the bookstore.

June 22-24: Summer semester refunds
NOTE: After the beginning-of-term refund period has ended, refunds will be issued each week by the Bursar’s Office.
Other Important Dates
June 6: Summer Semester begins.
June 24-30: Banner and BannerWeb are taken off-line so that Administrative Services’ staff can close the fiscal year.
July 2-4: College closed for Independence Day holiday.
