The Bursar’s Office at Chattahoochee Technical College is responsible for the accurate collection of student tuition and fees and the timely disbursement of student refunds.
Payment Deadlines – Spring Semester 2015:
- Friday, December 5, 2014 at 12:00 noon
- Wednesday, January 7, 2015 at 12:00 noon
- Wednesday, January 14, 2015 at 7:00 p.m. (end of Drop/Add)
NOTE: Students with unpaid balances at any of the deadlines will have their schedules for the semester purged/deleted.

Monday, January 12: first day of Spring Semester 2015
Friday, January 9, 2015: Start book charges for Spring (bookstore at Marietta will be open on Saturday, January 10)
Friday, January 23, 2015: Last day for bookstore charges against all financial aid and third-parties

February 5-6, 2015: Federal aid (Pell and SEOG) refunds
February 9-10, 2015: State aid, cash/other refunds (SAL, other private loans)
Note: After the beginning-of-term refund period has ended, refunds will be issued each week by the Bursar’s Office.
IMPORTANT: Due to the chances of inclement weather during the winter months, college closings may affect refund dates. Please be mindful of this as you plan and budget.
December 24-30, 2014: Winter Holidays, College Closed
January 1, 2015: New Year’s Day Holiday, College Closed
January 19, 2015: MLK Holiday, College Closed
