The Bursar’s Office at Chattahoochee Technical College is responsible for the accurate collection of student tuition and fees and the timely disbursement of student refunds.
Payment Deadlines – Fall Semester 2014:
- Friday, July 25, 2014 at 12:00 noon
- Wednesday, August 13, 2014 at 12:00 noon
- Wednesday, August 20, 2014 at 7:00 p.m. (end of Drop/Add)
NOTE: Students with unpaid balances at any of the deadlines will have their schedules for the semester purged/deleted.

Monday, August 18: first day of Fall Semester 2014
Friday, August 15, 2014: Start book charges for Fall (bookstore at Marietta will be open on Sunday, August 16)
Tuesday, August 26, 2014: Last day for bookstore charges against financial aid

September 10-11, 2014: Federal aid (Pell and SEOG) refunds
September 12-16, 2014: State aid, cash/other refunds (SAL, other private loans)
Note: After the beginning-of-term refund period has ended, refunds will be issued each week by the Bursar’s Office.
June 26-July 2, 2014: Banner is closed for fiscal year-end processing. No refunds will be processed during this time.
Week of July 7, 2014: Hard copy bills mailed to students with balances.
