The Bursar’s Office at Chattahoochee Technical College is responsible for the accurate collection of student tuition and fees and the timely disbursement of student refunds.
Payment Deadlines – Summer Semester 2015:
- Friday, May 1, 2015 at 12:00 noon
- Wednesday, June 3, 2015 at 12:00 noon
- Wednesday, June 10, 2015 at 7:00 p.m. (Final Drop)
NOTE: Students with unpaid balances at any of the deadlines will have their schedules for the semester purged/deleted.

If you need to replace your lost CTC OneCard, complete the CTC OneCard Replacement Request Form.
Friday, June 5-June 15, 2015 (close of business): Allow charges against financial aid.

Note: After the beginning-of-term refund period has ended, refunds will be issued each week by the Bursar’s Office.
IMPORTANT: Due to the chances of inclement weather during the winter months, college closings may affect refund dates. Please be mindful of this as you plan and budget.

Thursday, June 25 – Tuesday, June 30, 2015: Banner database is down for fiscal year-end processing.
Friday, July 3, 2015: College Closed
Friday July 17, 2015: First Fall payment deadline (2015-2016 academic year)
