The Greening Youth Foundation fuses technology, music, sports, literature and old-fashioned fun to teach children the importance of being stewards of our environment. GYF endeavors to achieve its mission through a comprehensive environmental education program which directly works with students and stresses the importance of recycling, water conservation, energy conservation and land conservation. The objective is to re-connect youth and young adults to the outdoors. The Foundation is a federal 501 (c) 3 not-for-profit corporation dedicated to educating children about the importance of being stewards of our environment. This philosophy leads us to understand that environmentally enlightened children are the hope for our planet’s sustainable future. With the help of our corporate and community partners and fellow not-for-profits, we strive to educate a generation that is C.L.E.A.N. (Children Living Energetically Advancing Nature).

Love and Grace Ministry, Inc. evangelizes, educates, empower, and eradicates hunger one lift at a time. Following the tragic earthquake of 2010 in Haiti, Dedra Key de Chavez founded Love and Grace Ministry as a Christian humanitarian organization dedicated to working with children, families, and their community in Ounaminthe, Haiti, to reach their full potential by addressing the causes of poverty and injustice. With one main school and four satellite schools, they currently provide 570 children with a Christ-centered education along with warm, nutritious meals and access to medical care and clothing. The organization strives to provide two to three meals per week, depending on donations, to the children while they are at school.

They need help with digitizing records and journals, and indexing them for public viewing on the internet. They also have already digitized several old journals that are ready to be indexed. They need help putting together data and items for new exhibits. and would like an exhibit to walk visitors through the history of Paulding County that starts with native local inhabitants, then pioneers, and so on. This exhibit should include historical milestones, social life, home life, and ways to make a living; the industries that have been important to Paulding County, such as agriculture, the textile industry, and railroads. Also, they need an exhibit to display the history of transportation with a focus on the Silver Comet train and Seaboard Air Line Railroad and would like to display a model of the railroads and trains. They are flexible with the dates.
