For students who have completed a diploma program in a technical area, the Associate Degree in Applied Technical Management allows them to add general education and business skills to the technical skills they have learned already. Is this program for me?
An Applied Technical Management student must have graduated from, or be eligible to graduate from, a diploma program in a field appropriate to the degree area. This degree program requires a minimum of 68 semester credit hours, to include a minimum of 15 credits in general education and 53 credits in occupational preparation. Students may be allowed to enter this degree program if they have received a diploma in one of the following programs: Air Conditioning Technology, Auto Collision Repair, Cosmetology, Diesel Equipment Technology, Electrical Systems Technology, Motorcycle Service Technology, and Welding and Joining Technology.
