Culinary Arts is an exciting program where students develop culinary skills through a precise combination of culinary theory and practical application. A career in the Culinary Arts field offers many opportunities in restaurants and hotels, resorts and cruise ships, educational institutions, retirement communities, and hospitals. Our graduates work as sous chefs, bakers, purchasing assistants, and line cooks as well as in a variety of culinary-related occupations.

Our student-managed restaurant, degrees – the dining room at Mountain View, provides additional learning opportunities.
